The room was large and fairly quiet with many amenities and jacuzzi tub, as example, enjoyed our time there. There where a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator in the room too.

Though everything was nice, some of the staff were miserable.

The room was a decent size and fairly quiet with many amenities and shower, for example, just what was needed. The location was convenient and unbeatable close to downtown and met all required needs.

The hotel room was very nice and well-maintained. I appreciated the availability of multiple electrical outlets, allowing me to easily charge all of my devices. The TV in the room was also in good working condition. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to various eating and drinking establishments in Grand Rapids.

On the downside, the noise from the nearby road was quite noticeable, especially when the fan was not turned on in the room. This made it a bit difficult to sleep peacefully.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn in Grand Rapids for two nights while on a business trip. The hotel was exceptionally clean and offered free wifi throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold foods including sausages and eggs. The staff, although a bit tired, was always willing to assist me with any requests.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My room at Quality Inn was very pleasant and comfortable. The pool, little fridge, and desk area were great amenities. The breakfast provided was also a nice touch. The rooms seemed to be recently remodeled and up to date. The location was convenient, as it was close to where I needed to be and right off the highway.

The stay was nice; no complaints. Clean and wonderful hotel with convenient and unbeatable location to outlet mall, just what I needed. Location: the property was very close to airport and surrounding area. Moreover, there was a lake within 20 mins walk from the hotel.

Wonderful place & beautiful room that was quiet. Appreciated the room with jacuzzi tub, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, just next door to restaurants, in a nice enough area.

I absolutely loved the outdoor pool and hot tub area. It was conveniently located in front of the hotel, making it easy for the staff to monitor. The layout was well thought out and allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff members were all pleasant and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had some of the best waffles I've ever tasted, a great way to start the day. If I have another softball tournament in the area, I will definitely book here without any hesitation.
